Doubts can keep us stuck in our tracks.

Sometimes we get that nervous feeling and that thought in our minds that whispers, "There is no way...".

At this point we can make a choice.

We can stop moving forward to make that uncomfortable feeling go away....

Or we can listen to those doubts and use them as signposts to move forward.
