Working THROUGH obstacles is important because they will come.
And often when they come they stop us.
Sabotage us into stopping, quitting, spinning, sitting still.
In order to plan to keep working when they come we need to know what the actual obstacle is.
It's our thoughts.
I just had a pretty decent obstacle come up, but due to the sheer experience of being through SO MANY obstacles...it's kind of become my super power.
I would love to share how I continue to work toward my black belt EVEN when I have a torn ACL.
