Healing Your Own Hurt Feelings

They judged. They argued. They lashed out. Whatever they did...it hurt. We think, "They hurt my feelings" but in reality our THOUGHTS about what they said or did hurt our feelings. We made it mean something like we are wrong or unloved. It's totally normal! How many times as a child were you asked, "Did they hurt your feelings?" or told, "You hurt their feelings". The great news is that people don't hurt our feelings. Our thoughts hurt our feelings. Better news: when our feelings are hurt we have the power and ability to unhurt and heal them. #healing #emotionalhealth #mentalhealth #lifecoach #motivation #strongerbecause I can heal my feelings
