Failing More To Succeed

Sometimes we just know we don't want to feel this way anymore. And sometimes we have a big goal we don't dare to hope for. But when we see ourselves stuck in inaction, confusion, or paralysis by analysis there is a good chance that fear of failures is lurking behind the reasons we give ourselves for staying still. They may look like: I'm not ready I don't know enough I can't I don't have what it takes And so we spend our time and energy trying to learn more or be more or wait for the ready fairy to come...but that isn't the actual problem. You need to learn to fail bigger and better. Include these things in your fail plan: 1. Fail more 2. Make a deal with yourself that you will not beat yourself up for or regret attempts 3. Change the definition of failure 4. Evaluate and learn from each attempt
