How To Process Anger With Truth And Compassion

Sometimes we are afraid to feel anger.

We worry that it is wrong or unrighteous.

We may feel guilty about not resisting anger.

Anger comes from the thoughts we are thinking.

It's heavy and it takes a lot of energy to sustain.

When we add guilt, judgement, and shame about feeling anger we add layers and make it heavier.

Resisting anger adds energy to it because what we resist persists.... So what DO WE DO with it?

That's what I'm talking about today.

I'll explain why we actually have anger (...not because what the other person did....that's a lie that disempowers us...)

I'll explain what anger actually is, how to process it, and what is possible when you can.
